5/22/13: I'm in my 12th year of menopause. I was a perfect size up until 7 years ago and I started gaining (slowly). I got up to 150 (from 128) and then got down to 144, and now I'm at 151. I have been counting calories, taking all kinds of 'diet' pills, and trying to be active, but since I don't get enough sleep I'm always tired. Currently I dance anywhere from 1-3 hours a week, and try to work out (at work) for 15-45 minutes a week. it's frustrating. My average weight used to be 126-128.
