Ok so I am extremely excited to be completing my hybrid workout of ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Fire. I have muscles I have not seen in a long time and I actually look forward to putting a swimsuit on this summer. Two more weeks and I start a new rotation, thinking P90X/Insanity or Insanity/Les Mills Pump but both I know will challenge me in a new way!

I'm doing Insanity right now, and (even though I have a long way to go), I can imagine how any workout combination with Insanity would be, well, Insane hahaha! But wow! Congratulations! Wear that swimsuit! You deserve it after your hard work!
