Thank god finally seen some weight loss after a week of the same weight everyday! Was loosing the will with it all - just shows its an awful habit to weigh daily, going to see if i can make a week without weighing!
138.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
