I was looking over the last 11 years of weigh-ins and was amazed at how I still haven't learned to make healthy eating a "lifestyle". It's not that I don't know-how in my head, but, putting it into practice for this lifetime journey has not yet fully resonated in my brain. At least judging by the entries I have submitted. In my head I understand and every time I have to go back on a "diet" I think this time I am going to make this lifestyle change be successful. So I have conviction, and, will power; two of the necessary ingredients for success. So part of the recognition I was confronted with is that tracking my food, exercise, and water truly has to be a real part of my journey in order to be successful. I have an addiction that I am overcoming and if I track I feel that my awareness will be more acute and possibly giving me a better edge on this way of life. Being healthy is everything and I have fought this battle virtually all my life. I now have the tools and Noom to help me truly comprehend how to accomplish my health goals and for that, I am profoundly grateful.
