MUCH more energy than yesterday after feeling SO whacked. Interval training v hard this morning. Not food obsessed at all today, drank water quote before 4pm so anything else a bonus. Intended to have short walk in evening and managed so much more! Really surprised when i tallied food - fat and calories SO high. I know thats fine for atkins but its a shock to me. Noticing that cream is becoming a problem, want it too much and trying to use it as a dessert. need to cut back.
