Dang, rough morning!! Forgot to drink my protein shake before I left the house this morning. Then I had a 679 calorie breakfast. ( Ham and Cheese Breakfast Hotpocket, Minute Maid Apple-Cranberry juice, and 20oz coffee with cream & sugar) Dinner will really be scaled down tonight, because my lunch is projected at 680 calories. Dinner may be a salad and light ranch dressing.
