Last night I tested for keytones and found that it had gone higher..finally..I haven't had much of an appetite today I worked until 130 drank lots of water today so far 1500 mls and it's still early.I still don't seem to be losing weight and am still disappointed in myself .I have to strive for patience..funny how I have so much of that at work!!

Looking at your food you really need to work on getting in more veggies. Your net carbs should be right below 20 not way below 20 like you are staying. Your body will think it is starving that way and won't burn the right stuff.

I've been so busy working two jobs I haven't had a chance to get to the grocers to get some veggies ..the ones I had are pretty much depleted.But I am working on it...I love veggies
