I’m annoyed. I didn’t have a great week but I don’t think I should’ve gained. At the very least stayed the same. But the scale gave me the same number with my clothes on and clothes off so that was weird. Then I used a different scale and got the same number. Just strange.

Put a “known weight” on your scale and calibrate it at that weight. Got any free weights around? Put all of them on your scale and set it for that correct total of those weights. Now your scale is calibrated and correct. OR very close. Good shedding! 😇
