Starting intermittent fasting today - well last night. Not eating from 8pm to 11am. So far so good. I did have some black tea with honey this morning... not sure if that is a nono..
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
