Okay. As I said, I am starting a new diet today. You only eat your meals withing a 6 hour time period each day. For me, that's between 1pm and 7PM. Reason this works for me, is because I'm never hungry when I first get up. So, by doing other things during the day, I don't eat until I sit down at 1 for a rest. Gives me the entire morning to go to the gym, and to get a head start on my liquid intake. (It's water, nothing else! Well, coffee in the morning, water or iced tea the rest of the day.) Funny thing is, I'm not hungry until that first bite...then I'm hungry for the rest of the day. That's one reason I think this diet just might be the one that works for me. We shall see.
