I am a volume eater personally. if I feel like I need to destroy some food I'll eat a can of fat free ready whip, not that many calories btw. we all mess up. just start over tomorrow and stop eating today.

Intermediate fasting what’s the best thing my wife and I could’ve added to our helping lifestyle. It lets you control the timeframe that you have eating windows and combine that with your counting calories , Healthier eating and you really see results. It makes you really start to watch what you’re eating and what’s important for your body. I was a habitual offender the late night snacking ...no more ha ha this has been a lifesaver . I’ve done intermittent fasting for nine weeks and lost 23 pounds so far. So no eating after 6 PM in this household Intermediate fasting let you control the timeframe that you have eating windows combined that with your counting calories and you really start to watch what you’re eating and what’s important for your body. And for myself the late night snack or no more ha ha this is been a lifesaver I’ve done intermittent fasting for nine weeks and lost 23 pounds so far. So no eating after 6 PM in this household😝 tomorrow’s a new day keep moving forward and stay positive. You’ve done the hardest part and that’s taking the first step to a healthy lifestyle. 🍀🍀🍀 have a happy holiday !!

First thing I did? Do NOT allow foods in the house that tempt you. Second? Find out where most of the empty calories are going. Third? Find a "replacement" for the empty snacking. Finally? If you MUST have something...and know you want it...find a way to fit it into your daily calorie count. For me that means coffee with creamer and/or high nutrition bread. I won't let myself have bread if I pass a certain calorie limit. It is my "dessert". Then again...that's me. After a week or two, I find I don't miss the chips and salsa anymore. Best of luck! :)
