So I strayed from the eating plan a bit this time around, birthday parties and just plain too busy. I had 3 miles left of my challenge last week, but was very tired last night when I got home from church, so I didn't go. I did finish my crunches though. Today, I start out with dieters tea.. time to flush and go :-) Today begins a new week!
