OK, I had to let the way of eating go for awhile while I got back in shape!! I joined the gym February 5 and I am finally seeing GREAT results but NOW I am READY to give up the addictive eating. So I started following my trainer's instructions on 4/8. He is totally cool with my low carb goals. I am the most I've ever weighed right now but not going to look at the scale seriously for now.
