Been gluten free since Nov. 21st. Will weigh in on Dec 11th and then again the 20th to see how much I've lost. Been eating buckwheat, nuts, flax and quinoa pancakes instead of bread. Fruit and nut butter etc instead.
I exercise only twice a week, and chocolate with nuts is my nemesis.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
