So, after a surprising dip in weight after Turkey day I am once again dealing with some slight weekend weight gain, grrr! Oh well, it should be gone in another day or two. Anyway, back to tracking. Always seem to fall off that over the weekend. I did take all my measurements yesterday after realizing I hadn't taken the full set since September, and I'm happy to report that hips & thighs are both down a full inch, and the waistline is down 1 1/2 inches, woo hoo!!! Since losing 10 lbs I've decided to add back 1 serving of whole grains daily, which will (hopefully) not boost the calories too much. We'll see if it affects the weight, if it does then I'll drop it again. Once again, the goal for December is to keep up the weight lifting and try to NOT gain back anything I've lost. Of course, I won't complain if I manage to take off another lb or two this month, LOL! (That pic isn't me, btw - but don't I wish!)
