Today I start my Food and Exercise Journal for the Nutritionist.
I think I am kind of excited to be doing this and finally have doctors listen to me. Now that they are telling me that I seem to be doing all I can do and it still isn't working (which is how I have felt all along) it makes me feel better that they know I am trying.
