Ok amber enough with the binge eating on the weekends. you exercise for 6-9 hours a week for what? some chocolate? enough is enough. You need to be 10 lbs lighter in the next 5 weeks for your final dress fitting. No more binge eating friday, saturday AND sunday. One meal a week!!!!!!!!! Back at it today after 5 days off!

Weekends are rough for me too. It's almost like I lose any progress I've made during the week.

Thats exactly what it is! I kick ass all week at the gym and eating super well that when friday comes I splurge, then saturday morning comes and i want more junk (bagels etc) then by the afternoon my mindset is "well you already ate bad so keep going, plus you work out so hard during the week".... i gotta get over it. Were you ever able to fix this issue for yourself or no? its tough!

I don't have a planned cheat time. I make the decision to eat as healthy as possible at all times but if something comes up I allow it so my brain is never prepped for it. I am trying to drop 10 more too. Are you very competitive?
