I had a good workout yesterday at the gym and woke up feeling more firm and with a flatter tummy, then stepped on the scale and it was up a pound since yesterday. It may be that I'm back to building up muscle again with getting back to my harder workouts. 2 days till weigh in so I am shooting for 140 by Thursday. I am still trying to meet my goal of 139 by the end of the month. We will be leaving for camping on Monday for a week, so I won't be around to weigh in next week. I cannot sabotauge all my efforts while camping! It's so hard to do though when we are on vacation. I do eat healthy overall just like normal, but I think it's the treats around the fire that push my points way up. I have been eating healthfully but not counting points again, so I need to do that again. It always shows the nitty gritty details even if I feel I am eating well, many times I am really over what I should be having to lose.

It's me and my husband's 13th anniversary today. I am exactly 20 lbs heavier than I was 13 years ago today when I was 22. But at 35 I have 3 children and a whole lot more experience down the road since then! I am mentally and physically stronger than I was then too I think. It's funny, he is about 45 lbs heavier since then. He was so scrawny when we first got married (6'1" and 163 lbs!) He is trying to lose a little now too. It's been a good 13 years and I am thankful to have a good husband who has taken care of me and our household. We'll go out for dinner tonight, so most likely I will be over my points.

Well, just felt like journaling. I hope you all are having a good week and hope we all can make good choices today.

Congratulations on your anniversary!! Go out and enjoy your night-- celebrate your love! Don't even worry about points. Have fun on your camping trip, too.
