Today was another great day. 👏I did a 23hr fast and one meal a bit earlier today than normal. Loved the salad🥗so let see what tomorrow brings🙈 Oops I nearly forgot no weighing ⚖️until the last Wednesday of November, lets see if that will keep my spirit up😊
