So its past my diet weight in date but I've decided to not get on the scales because I can see physical improvement and i'm also bloated this week so I don't want to get on scales to see numbers that might upset me. I'm going to keep exercising and dieting and next tuesday, I'll weigh in. This will be two weeks from when i started. Hopefully I will have exceeded what I was wanting to lose. I can see a difference just by a few pounds. I'm fortunate that my body gains and loses evenly in all places.
