My goal of watching what I eat this weekend off is going very well. I have given everything I eat a good look before I stuff it in my face. I almost can't wait to get back work so I will cut down on my calorie intake.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
