Hello, my name is Laura. I'm 22 years old and I have started my diet on march 21st, my weight is 106 kgs (233.6 lbs) and my goal is 75 kgs (165 lbs). By far, it's a little bit difficult to say no to the bread, I find myself very anxious and struggling with it, but I think I'm doing a good job, let's see what happens :)

Good luck to you. If you will go on You Tube and watch, "Wheat Unhealthy Whole Grain", it could give you the motivation you need. It did for me. After leaving bread off for a while, it really taste nasty.
