Ugh! I don't know how I gained almost a pound overnight without eating anything :( discouraging start.

BMI as of today : 27.6 which puts me at the high end of overweight, heading to obese. I was obese once and I'm not going to let that happen again.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sodium - if your diet calendar is correct, you are eating too much sodium. Try to stay under 4000 mg if you can, under 3000 mg would be even better. Sodium makes you hold on to water and that will show up on the scale over night. Also, I would suggest less calories, 3000 is quite a lot if you are only trying to lose 15 lbs. Try eating fresh foods that are not processed (to reduce your sodium). Good luck!
