Will have to be careful over the next four days off. I will start by riding my bike today to compensate for not working. Be careful on the beer consumption. That shouldn't be to hard being broke for the next month.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
