Plucked up the guts to get on the scale, I'm actually a kg less than I thought! But still have a long way to go! Have a good feeling about this one thoough! Getting day 1 on the go with a cup of plain yoghurt for brekkie!
125.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
