SO, this is the first offical day of my writing on this website blog. I actually started doing this exact samething that this websites do only i was doing it all on paper. Im going to continue using my notebook when im at home or if i got out to other places to make sure i stay on track with my calories and workouts. So today im doing very well. I got up around 5pm (normal for my schedule since i work graveyard) and had a small breakfast before walking the dogs and getting ready to go to the gym at the apartments. This is actually Day 7 of my new diet and workout plan, so i need to catch this up to date if i can or just simply continue by starting today haha! Right now im at work and just trying to figure out new ways to workout and looks better than ever before. I know i will be able to wow people when i go back to school if i just keep doing what i am doing. So far i love what i have accomplished. Just cant get lazy and slack off! Back to work i go!
