Last week, I think I did alright. I did not eat perfectly, but I did not eat overly horribly, either. Jason and I took a few very long walks, 2-3 mile long walks, and I felt very good afterwards. Last weeks weight loss was 4 pounds and I felt very proud. It's probably moot, now. After a weekend of too good food and snack, and horrible sinus headaches and neck aches from a fall on Friday evening, I just have no felt like getting very physical. I feel bad. Still no soda. Haven't even had coffee.
I can do this!
