My first time trying the no cal noodles. They were not bad. I added Kimchi, turkey bacon, thai basil and a little soy sauce. 110 cal isn't bad for the whole bowl.

I like them. all sorts of low cal & carbs stuff you can add. most time I just have butter spray and parmesan cheese. chicken broth and sauteed onions squash and mushrooms. just a couple of my faves.
