Still eating one meal a day. It’s been getting easier. 30 min Tabata workout and 15 rounds tabata sprints.
216.7 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
