Didn't follow my plan over the weekend, due to being out of town. I still weigh the same, but I've dropped from size 42 pant to size 40.

To my own defense for the food, I had way more walking and activities over the weekend, plus choral competition.

My caloric burn was still up!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
