I ate around 1600 calories today and I feel kinda guilty? I mean I ate healthy but like idkk? I have a test tomorrow and I’m very stressed about it so I guess that’s also why I ate too much, btw I always eat around the 600/700/800 calories a day is that bad for ur health? I’m always full after that so yeah.

Yes, that is bad for your health. You're in puberty and need more calories. 1600 is a decent amount, especially if you ate healthy. Try not to feel guilty / hung up about that.
