Small victory, looking over my diet calendar so far and there is not one day where I have exceeded calories when exercise is added in. When I first started counting a few years ago I was using The Daily Plate and the stats looked different, so I assumed that when my RDI was in the red (which, another victory, has only happened 4 times), I assumed that meant I was in the red overall.

Happy to be wrong, because after dancing for 2 hours I am starving! Looks like all this extra dance is paying off, my instructor strong-armed me into doing a solo for our show on the 16th, yet another small victory.

Diet Calendar Entries for 27 February 2013:
