I wasn't technically doing induction. I was only watching my carbs. The past few days or so, I decided to really pay attention to the rules of induction. Finally the scale is starting to move better. I am also going to do my body measurements once a month. Haven't done that before, but if I am ever going to get this weight issue handled once and for all, I've got to do it WELL!
