uhhh terakhir kali bb udah 51 habis itu merasa diatas angin,,makan apapun, kalori gak diitung,,sekarang 56 dong😑😑. Sekarang harus mulai semangat diet lagi, mulai atur makan lagi biar gak kebablasan balik ke bb awal sebelum diet.🙌🙌
