Diet is ok. Had beer on saturday night which was a carb night. I am not quit sure how it affected this weeks weight loss. It did not hurt it but it may have slowed it down for this week. Tweaked my knee on the leg press when I went heavy.
Changes for the week coming: Going to wait till at least Tuesday before I have a carb night just to make sure my body is in full KETO. Switching back to old muscle split routine and removing the current LEG day. Will use cardio, plyometrics and occasional light machines to work legs.
