WEIGH-IN & MEASUREMENT DAY!!

So it's only about noon & I finally got to it ; p Now I compared these measurements to my June 25th & July 19th measurements (the 19th weren't recorded in my journal). I have the pleausre to report that I am quite happy w/ my results & that even when I hit that bump in the road pretty hard, I was able to recover quite nicely.

Here are the 3 comparisons. I wish I could put them side-by-side.

Weight: June 25: 246.8 (down from May 25)
Biceps: L:17 R:16 (-.5) (-.25)
Bust: 45 (-.75)
Underbust: 39.75 (-.25)
Waist: 46.75 (-1.75)
Hips: 54.25 (-1.5)
Thighs: L:31 R:31.5 (-1.75) (-1.00)
Calves: L:18 R:17.75 (-.75) (-.75)
Neck: 13.5 (same)

Weight: July 19: 251 (+4.2) (+/- from June 25)
Biceps: L:16.25 R:16 (-.75) (0)
Bust: 45 (0)
Underbust: 39.75 (0)
Waist: 49 (+2.25)
Hips: 56.75 (+2.5)
Thighs: L:32.75 R:32.75 (+1.75) (+1.25)
Calves: L:19.25 R:19 (+1.25) (+1.25)
Neck: 13.5 (same)

Weight: Aug 1: 245.8 (-1/-5.2) (+/- June 25/July19)
Biceps: L:16.25 R:15.75 (-.75/0) (0/-.25)
Bust: 44.5 (0/-.5)
Underbust: 38.75 (0/-1)
Waist: 46 (-.75/-3)
Hips: 54.75 (+.5/-2)
Thighs: L:32.25 R:32.25 (+1.25/-.5) (+.75/-.5)
Calves: L:18.5 R:18 (+.5/-.75) (+.25/-1)
Neck: 13.5 (same)

BF%: 50% (Same as May 25th) BMI: 40.4 (-.5)

So from June 25th I'm +2.5" overall & from July 19th I'm -9.5" overall.

I'll take those numbers, esp the differences from July in just 13 DAYS!! I'm happy & that's what matters!! My hard work IS paying off & I just need to stick w/ it & keep raising the level of intensity.

Today I have workout #3 of wk 3 C25K. I'm actually not looking forward to it b/c of how sore my legs are, esp my calves, but I'll push through it as well as the additional 37 mins on the treadmill that I'm trying not to talk myself out of right now! ; p

Thanks Kate! I'm still floored at how much I was able to take off in 13 days! I did those "midway" measurements the day I took my before photos & when I started my 12 wk weight lifting program. So I'm super stoked to see how well weight lifting is improving my measurements & so quickly. Hopefully the absence of Splenda will speed things up a bit as well! = )

Thanks ladies!! As me, my lil sis & her son say, I really to "buffin' it" w/ the weights, lol! I'm hoping I can really step it up a few notches when school starts & I'm back in the gym! That is like the most exciting thing to me right now. ; p

Thanks! Re-reading my results has reminded me that even though today was a huge pain in the ass & I feel horrible (and I DON'T want to workout), that I HAVE to workout! If I want to continue this trend & improve on it then I MUST workout! No ifs or buts about it!! Mondays . . . someone NEEDS to rename them & hopefully it will change the very being of the word!! Hope everyone had a better day than I = )

Fine work my friend!!! Enjoy the journey ... you CAN and you WILL find yourself reaching the goals you have for yourself. Try NOT to get too stick on the numbers ... sometimes the scale doesn't appear to judge but as long as you are being honest with yourself your efforts will reap healthy benefits!!! I'm proud of your progress and proud of your honesty!!
