First day w/o Splenda has gone well!! When I made my coffee this morning I was expecting the worse & I was going to use every restraint possible to keep from putting sugar in it even if it meant choking it down. The first sip I think I over exaggerated in my mind the horrid taste my tongue experienced. The 2nd sip wasn't so bad but wasn't great. By the 5th sip I actually quite enjoyed it. Kinda made me think it tasted like a dark chocolate mocha. I did add another 1tsp of non-dairy creamer to it though. So I'm glad to report that the coffee "issue" isn't actually an issue. Yay!! = )

Tomorrow, tomorrow!! It's weigh-in & measurement day! I know that probably makes it seem like I'm excited about that but I'm on the fence. The results, regardless of what they are, won't bring me down b/c I'm not expecting great things. After all, I did take a 2 wk trip to carbland/mindless eating when life threw one at me. But I got back up, like I always have : ) I'm hoping the bit of swelling in my muscles (esp my biceps) goes down by the morning. Just from flexing I can see it & feel it. That'll skew things a bit but no harm, just a product of lifting weights. The only thing I'm unsure of is when to get up & do all this. Do I want to go for 6am as I had done on May & June 25th?? Idk. I can almost be sure I won't want to get up at that point. Maybe 9 or 10am? Sounds more like when I'd like to get up ; p Lol, I guess we'll all find out manana!!

It's just about 6pm now. I guess I should go prep my dinner & get my workout on. I'm pretty damn sore, but took enough time off during the week that I need to make up for it now. So an hour on the treadmill at least (& probably at most). I may not be excited for my workout tonight (like I ever get the warm & tinglies for the treadmill) but at least I'm excited about dinner tonight: ZUCCHINI NOODLES!! Omg, I love them so much. Combine that w/ the tastes of mango, grilled chicken, carmelized onions, a little parmesan, and a sauce made from greek yogurt & champagne pear w/ gorganzola dressing sprinkled w/ cayenne pepper . . . MMMMMM!! Definitely one of my fav dish creations!

Hope everyone's weekend is going well!

As long as I don't get any further questions on FB as to why I didn't show up to my 10 yr reunion, my weekend will continue to go just as well as it has been thus far! = )

Hope your measurements go the way you want them to go. And I tried making something with zuchiccini but I alwayd overcook it so good luck with that too lol.
