Great day yesterday! Even went to check out a fitness center!! Fab bike ride and sushi! ! Then a great evening with my son. Even though I am very emotionally disturbed by the events with Rene...I didn't touch chocolate covered almonds! !! I won!! Thank you God...please keep my spirit strong..In your will I will find power!
215.4 lb Lost so far: 181.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
