Last week I ate Lean Cusine for lunch and while I do not like to purchase frozen foods they were pretty good...EXCEPT my body does not process this very well so no more Lean Cusine for me. This week I have packed lots of yummy salad stuff and bought some morning star veggie burgers to eat with it so I have some type of "meat" for protein. Stepping up the gym this week from my injury last week that kept me out of the gym except for one day. Happy Monday, Tracy
