Ugh. So I dropped three pounds in the first two days. Obviously that was water retention. And not even an ounce since then. I’m still in week one but the numbers don’t make sense. I’m in full ketosis. I’m in calorie deficit (right on target where my dr wants me), I’m drinking my water, I don’t eat sugar or carbs or anything not on the plan. I know it’s not supposed to happen overnight but not a single ounce in 3 days? That’s bizarre given all the above factors. I’m supposed to lose 10 the first 2 weeks and 16 the first month. If this keeps up, neither goal (dr set the goals) will be met. Ugh. Frustrated.
