Back to reality! 4days vacation is over! I hope I didn't do too, too bad. I know I was being conscious of my meals, but I was also enjoying the time off with my family. I did a lot of walking and it was humid also 4 days of breastfeeding. I know I did not drink enough water so that is where I am starting now. I did not weight myself this morning, I am too afraid. I will get back on track today and might do it tomorrow.
