Toady it was 35degs c here- to hot to do anything. I have got something wrong with my ankle and have to rest it alot, not good for dieting. neither is the very hot weather- don't feel like cooking and not sure what to have either.

I bought salad kits and added chicken breast that had already been cooked. Easiest solution for me.

Hi, I go supermarket shopping weekly- on the list salad veg, turkey breast, eggs, cottage cheese and lots of fruit, but I recently moves house from somewhere where there are lots of hills, so lots of exercise walking to somewhere which is completely flat....... not the same exercise. Then I have now got this ankle thing where I'm supposed to rest it, if I don't it swells so a bit cheesed off about weight watching at the moment. but I'm trying to be good.
