Looks like I am on track this time.
Lost 12 pounds since the first of January. I don’t find myself hungry unless I miss a small meal. So what have I done to reach this point. Changed my eating habits.
No breads, no dairy or very little, no sweets as in candy bars, no fast food and limited consumption of alcohol. As I learn more about what to eat and not eat I supplement my diet right now. One GNC Lean 25 shake in the morning. One GNC 100% performance Egg protein. (Soy caused intestinal discomfort for some reason).
I eat two fruits or a mixture of fruit and vegetables throughout the day. Example. Yesterday I had ½ of a green squash (zucchini) and a apple in between lunch, dinner and supper.
At night have all the cooked vegetables and lean meat I want with a salad or a green juice 8 oz or more.
So far all things have been going good. On days that I work out I treat myself to a few extra good calories.
