Today I've had: Breakfast- 1 Oatmeal Square and 2 cups of coffee with Non-fat liquid creamer and 2 sweet&low Lunch- Pre-made Salad from store. Ham, turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers, ranch dressing. 20 bugles, and Lipton diet tea. Snack- 10 peanut pretzels. Dinner- Parmesan chicken, roasted vegetables
