Well, I never got started today, except to enter my weight. I did ok... cereal and skim milk for breakfast. Salad with a little turkey and cheese for lunch. Another bowl of cereal for dinner. The meals probably got me to around 1100 calories? But I did have some sassy snacks... 1 snack size 3 Muskateer, 1 snack size M&M, a slice of apple pie, some veggie sticks, some Goldfish, and a square of chocolate. No exercise to speak of today, so we'll see.
