Well I stayed the same didnt loose or go up thats good I guess.I"m close to my monthly monster so today I felt like I didnt want to really eat today. Tell I went to my moms and she fixed one of my favorite dishes so Im splurging on that tonight(I cant wait).So hopefully the scale will be a little forgiving tomarrow.
