Found tortilla wraps that are low fat, lower carb and very high fiber. What a great treat! Doing a low carb diet, fiber intake gets difficult. I have been supplementing with drinks. I love the Shiritaki noodles. They are not really pasta, but they are an acceptable replacement for now. 20 calories adn 3 carbs per 4 oz. You get the feel of having your spaghetti without the guilt! Going to try a zucchini lasagna... zuchini as the pasta. Looking forward to it!
