Oh my gosh woman, you have been through so much just read your bio! I’m going through a divorce also! And I got pregnant with my new boyfriend LOL! So believe me, life throws curve balls and we just roll with the punches. I’m so glad you’re here!

Don't beat yourself up, we all slip and fall! As long as you acknowledge the issue, refocus, and get up and go again you'll be fine! Self defeat can be a powerful enemy if we let it !!!! We know you can get back at it and be successful, remember "good things sometimes take time" (one of my favorite quotes from Wall Street Movie)...Good health is achieved through lifestyle change, not a quick fade fix.... Good luck, will be rooting 4 ya ! ;)

Practice makes perfect, I have slipped back 9/10 lbs and I'm in exactly the same boat as you working through weight I had off at the beginning of the year. But I'm just trying to keep active, go at it, and also try not to stress and make it more enjoyable to stick with it.
