I took an extra day off today. Very pleasant I rested,had an end of the school year lunch with my husband and daughter and went and got healthy groceries for the next two weeks. I found some cheap 100 calories packs at the discount grocery store I shop at under $2!

Tonight I'm gonna be good and have my Slim Fast cause I had Chinese (my fav) for lunch my hubby & daughter are having pork chops which I'm not all that crazy about so it won't be to hard to do without.

I should get in gear and go take a walk since my exercise routine has been cut down this week do to my increased Fibromyalgia pain. Next week I've got to bite the bullet and tough it out though and start back doing my walking DVDS. You know if I really look deep down I'm just making excuses cause I'm always in pain and I'll always will be it's just the nature of the disease. The scale may not say a big loss just two pounds this week but I can tell a difference in my clothes and belly I only look about 4 months instead of the usual 7 LOL! Well I'm gonna go have some more me time and read a couple of magazines a hobby I love.

Pretty good day on keeping on points I had 1/3C mashed potatoes with a little instant gravy it was worth the extra point. It was a little hard drinking my Slim Fast when the family was eating pork chops with mashed potatoes & gravy so I had a little potatoes.All and all a good day.I though I was over my points by one but I chose the wrong no sugar added fudgesicle turns out I OK with 1/2 a point to spare
