I'm a little nervous to go for my WI today. I followed the plan all weekend, but my body is going through many changes right now, that I feel it may take another week or so to level out.
One week back from vacation, I've done a takeoff, started the new (more starches) plan, and today is my second official day off of birth control. The first time in 10 years. We're not planning on starting to have kids until this spring, but I wanted to get my body off the drugs, and see how it reacts. It's been since I was 17, and I had it pretty bad back then, so I'm nervous.
I've express my concern with the new plan to my counselor, and she's asked me to give it a week or two, before we start to make any changes. I'm willing to try that. I can't see them trying to ruin their reputation by making people gain weight, so I'm going to try it out. We'll see!

Well I actually have thought that they want to ruin my plan alone....Maybe I am just a bit paranoid. I really do think that my body is stuck right now. I have waited way too long to make them change plan. And I am not happy that they are taking no action whatsoever......9 weeks on the new plan now and nothing has happened. I am stuck at the same weight. Three take off's have confused my body even further. I do not like the new plan but it seems to work for lots of other people. I will ask them to either change the plan again or let me go on the old plan.

You'll do fine. If you decide to weigh-in, know that whatever the scale says that it's out of your hands for now. Your chart looks great.

Your weigh in seemed really good. I guess the new plan is agreeing with you. I hope the rest of us bodies adjust positively to the new plan as well as yours did.
